Architect and engineer, one team.
Founded by architect Sinem Kocabaş and civil engineer Yener Kocabaş, SYK Mimarlık manages design and implementation under one roof.
We handle architectural design, construction, decoration, renovation and furniture production with a single point of responsibility, and deliver all our renovation work with a 2-year warranty.
Happy homes, happy clients
Aesthetics, hygiene and warmth all at once.
“The SYK Mimarlık team cared about feeling as much as functionality in the clinic design. Our patients feel the spaciousness the moment they step inside, and we enjoy working in our own space every day. Balancing architecture and comfort this well truly takes mastery.”
Work discipline and an eye for aesthetics together.
“The team produced not just a design but solutions that suit my lifestyle. The elegance of the lines in the living room, the functionality of the kitchen, the sense of calm in the bedroom… It was all thought out as a whole. A team that truly loves what it does.”
Aesthetic details, functional solutions.
“When the renovation was finished, we didn’t just have a new home, we also had new friends. Working with a solution-focused team we could reach whenever there was a problem is invaluable. We feel truly lucky to have met SYK Mimarlık.”
